How to Develop and Facilitate Effective Training is a series of seven online modules that provides a comprehensive overview of the qualities, knowledge, and skills of effective early childhood trainers. Topics covered include self-awareness, cultural competence, continuous learning, instructional design and evaluation, professionalism, effective facilitation practices, and navigating training challenges. Participants can choose to complete individual modules or the entire series.
