Regional Hub Profiles

Quality Counts California Regional Training, Technical Assistance, and Coordination Hubs (Regional Hubs) coordinate services between the local county consortia who provide QCC programs. California’s 49 QCC consortia (who serve all 58 counties and the Tribal Child Care Association of California) are organized into ten regions of one to fourteen consortia each. Regional Hubs address their consortia needs collectively and efficiently to minimize duplication of effort.

Regional hubs are a support mechanism that coordinate data collection, and reporting for the consortia in their region. They facilitate specialized support around the elements of the QCC Framework. The regional hubs serve as a coordinator and facilitator of training, resources, and shared planning to maximize efficiencies and collaboration within each region as well as by sharing across regional hubs.
