QRIS :: Quality Counts Merced County
Quality Counts Merced County uses a five-tier system to communicate the levels of quality to our community. Each tier is described with a quality measure indicator: (1) Emerging Quality, (2) Basic Quality, (3) Quality, (4) High Quality, and (5) High Quality Plus. Programs are awarded gold, silver, or bronze medals in accordance with their quality measure indicator. A bronze medal indicates emerging and basic quality programs, silver indicates quality ratings, and gold is for high quality and high quality plus ratings.

Testimonial
She [parent in a playgroup] has quickly learned about the importance of talking to her children and how this will make a difference in their development. It is heart-warming to see the transformation.
