Quality Counts has three core quality standards, and measures the elements of program quality of:

  1. Child Development and School Readiness
  2. Teachers and Teaching
  3. Program and Environment

Programs fully enrolled in Quality Counts may be eligible to receive free coaching, program materials, professional development trainings, and much more.
